• Advising clients on migration issues;
• Preparation of necessary documents for granting the right of non-resident individuals (foreigners and stateless individuals) for temporary stay, temporary or permanent residence, employment or extension of the term of employment on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Preparation of complaints to higher authorities against decisions of rejection of appeals submitted by the client as a result of illegal and / or arbitrary actions or inaction of the relevant authorities;
• Legal support for the protection of the rights and interests of the client in the relevant authorities in resolving migration disputes in accordance with the requirements of the legislation;
• Explain the requirements of the legislation and prepare the necessary documents for non-residents to obtain the status of a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Preparation of complaints to higher authorities against illegal decisions of migration bodies or providing the clients with a lawyer in court to protect their rights and inte
