Intellectual Property Law

Many entrepreneurs create new products through their own efforts and resources, and once this product becomes highly demanded in the market, some entrepreneurs start producing these products, and as a result, the entrepreneur who created the new product with hard work incurs huge losses. We can say that the rights to such a new product are misappropriated and unfair competition with the entrepreneur who produced the product takes place. As a result, the entrepreneur suffers from wrong decisions, and steps he should have taken in time, but did not manage to do so. However, by formalizing the rights to intellectual property (inventions, industrial designs, useful models, trademarks, geographical indications) based on legislation, entrepreneurs can protect their rights, be insured against unfair competition and violations by other entrepreneurs.
