• Providing legal advice on the conclusion and registration of all types of real estate contracts (lease, rent, purchase, distribution, sub-lease, gratuitous use, etc.), preparation of contracts, legal examination of completed contracts and, if necessary, the client's legal support;
• Identification of risks after the legal examination of the contract during the mortgage of real estate, legal support of the client at the relevant authorities;
• Housing relations, housing inviolability, the rights of the owner of the residential area and other citizens living in the area belonging to him and the settlement of disputes arising from these relations;
• Advising non-residents and foreign legal entities wishing to purchase real estate in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, legal support of clients during operations;
• Preparation of necessary contracts, documents, etc. for construction companies, legal examination of completed documents;
• Preparation of necessary documents for construction companies to obtain special permits required by law, legal support of the client in the relevant authorities;
• Providing the client with a lawyer to protect the client's rights and interests at government agencies or the courts.
